I booked the Hyatt for my wife's birthday. The room on the 21st floor was fantastic with great views over Birmingham. Bed was very comfortable and the room and bathroom very tidy.
You can get good and drink while playing games. So proud of the environment aswell, it's very clean and welcoming. You should visit. Unfortunately i didn't take a picture as i was on duty.

The staff are really friendly and helpful. Free tea and coffee is available in the spacious reception area, which is comfy and a good place to sit and chat. Great breakfast also!
My down points are, could I hell find the T.V remote and I was too tired to get dressed and go down to reception, so it was a quiet night, which wasn't bad. The next morning, keeping an eye on time via the oversized clock on the wall, was actually wrong, not very helpful that. I only stayed one night and had breakfast there too, which was nice, no issues really. All in all, not a bad place indeed. ????
It's ideal for families or friends who will be staying for a Edimburgo slots few days as it allows you cook your own food. There's a laundry room downstairs beside the gym. Bed was comfortable. Room could be cleaned better and facilities need upgrading. Comes with complimentary continental breakfast buffet style. Not much options but at least cold and hot options available. I really enjoyed my stay and I would stay here again. Great value for money.

Just go to the one in Birmingham china town so much better can have a good time and laugh with dealers which will make your night
Drinks were great, and the breakfast in the morning was absolutely first class! Looking forward to staying again in a few weeks for the T20 Finals Day!
Really nice room with good shower and kitchen area. Free breakfast was great, staff friendly and they had free magazines available for you to take if you wanted. They have a lot of items for sale that you may forget. Great location! Would definitely stay again
I would use it for cricket if teams were playing that l was a fan of. Overall l recommended this place for events especially due to It's central location. Parking is available and there's plenty of it.
